Description
Epiduo gel combines adapalene and benzoyl peroxide. Adapalene, a vitamin A–like ingredient, promotes skin renewal, while benzoyl peroxide provides antibacterial action. It also has a mild drying effect that helps remove excess oil and impurities from the skin. Epiduo is used to treat acne vulgaris (severe acne), the Epiduo gel is used for people who are at least 9 years old and Epiduo Forte is used for patients 12 years and older.
